For most people “No thought” connotes this sitting and the going away. And it is not that the word itself is wrong, it is the context in which the western world interpreted it. The state of still mindedness, which would be a place of no thought or what we have in the past called thoughtlessness; in a state of thoughtlessness allows you to resonate with your own Being which allows for the possibility of your truth to come up; your consciousness.
It is really suggested that you spend time in this thoughtless state, state of no thought. The state of no thought because too many people will interpret thoughtlessness as being rude and inconsiderate. So the state of no thought is the place where you can speak to your own Spirit. In that state, there is the potential for your absolute truth. For lack of a better word, in the state of no thought, feelings arise. But these feelings are not emotional feelings or even physical feelings. They are the feelings of your heart, the feelings of your soul, the feelings of your Spirit. It is just a way to metaphorically talk about the experience or experiencing the knowing of your Spirit in your physical form. Feelings are just a metaphor to explain it.
So in this state of no thought, experience the feelings of your Spirit. And your worldly existence, or your world of form existence, will be able to interpret those feelings into the languaging or understanding of the day; whatever time you have incarnated in, whatever level of existence you have incarnated in preferable by the consciousness of that form you are in. But just to allow the pure feeling of your Spirit being in your form is what the state of thoughtlessness or the state of no thought is for. This will bring you to your truth.
What no one really understands is that in the end and the final of finals, is the same truth. There is no different truth. But in all levels of form, and anything other than pure Source, there are multiple truths and everyone has their own individual experience of those truths; but again in the end, same truth. If this was understood in the world of form, there would be no fighting, arguing; simply be the preference of experience without judgment.
This is what they mean by “Love is the answer.” It is not the love in which the human beings talk of. It is this love. Love is truth and the absolute truth is the answer. It is just Love; just being initially accepting the preference of experience while in the world of form and in duality. Love yourself and, in turn, all things; and there will be nothing else.
