Cord cutting is designed to eliminate non-physical connections with a person, place or thing. It is used to separate yourself psychically, mentally, emotionally from others. Often people tend to attach to each other with psychic cords, and from these cords, they draw energy back and forth from or to each other. Sometimes if the relationship is lopsided, one person or the other will take and the other will be depleted, or it can be a giving/taking ego exchange. Either way, these cords are not necessarily healthy- they keep you attached to your patterns.
You cannot be a healthy individual, while you are tapped into or tying into another, psychically, mentally or emotionally, and gaining or giving energy. This is not spiritually healthy. You must become individually independent. This way you can be interdependent and share these energies from choice without permanently and dependently being attached. (15 minutes)
